21st Century Skills (Keterampilan Abad ke-21)

“21st Century Skills” which includes four main categories with the following details:

1. Ways of Thinking

  • Creativity and Innovation: The ability to think creatively and create new ideas.
  • Critical Thinking, Problem Solving, and Decision Making: The ability to analyze problems, find solutions, and make the right decisions.
  • Learning to Learn (Metacognition): Understanding of cognitive processes (thinking about how to learn) and the ability to learn independently.

2. Ways of Working

  • Communication: The ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Collaboration (Teamwork): The ability to work together in a team, build relationships, and achieve common goals.

3. Tools for Working

  • Information Literacy: The ability to find, evaluate, and use information effectively.
  • ICT Literacy (Information and Communication Technology): Mastery of information and communication technology to support work.
  • AI and Big Data: Skills in utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) technology and big data analysis.

4. Living in the World

  • Citizenship (Local and Global Wisdom): Awareness of the role as a local and global citizen by understanding cross-cultural wisdom.
  • Life and Career: Readiness to live life and career with relevant adaptation and skills.
  • Personal and Social Responsibility: Personal and social responsibility, including cultural awareness and competence.
